About Me
My name is Medvehs but you can call me Pauline. I'm a 23 year old Pinay (female Filipino) who draws, plays video games, works out/powerlifts, and writes. I'm brand new to HTML but this has been a suuper cool and gratifying journey!
On here, I plan to blog about things I am learning about in real life. I'm hoping to create a repository of sorts on the net of random stuff I learn! These topics may range from foreign languages, history, politics, whatever I think is cool. I hope you enjoy my musings on them! :)
Right now I am obviously learning how to code in HTML and CSS. Besides that I am hoping to pick back up my native dialect, Bisaya or Cebuano to non-Filipinos. In the future I aim to catch up on Japanese and Russian. I aspire to be a polyglot of sorts!

Purpose
I built this website to stray away from social media. Like many people, whether creatives or not, it's not the most fulfilling tool to promote content, share ideas, or enjoy the internet for its original intent. While NeoCities or creating my own website won't fix the problem, I definitely feel SO MUCH better about my presence here.
For once, I feel creative and have a drive to design something that's truly me! For what it's worth, I think that's beautiful. I will still use my social media, but I am aiming to use this website to post my works and share it onto my socials after.
